On the occasion of Research Week and Research Day (December 16, 2025), and at the invitation of Shahid Beheshti University’s Vice-Chancellery for Research and Technology, a group of faculty members from various disciplines took part in a session titled “Interdisciplinary Brainstorming.”
According to the University’s Public Relations Office, the event was organized with the aim of enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration, strengthening a culture of innovation, and creating new opportunities to address complex scientific and societal challenges. The session was designed to generate tangible outcomes, including interdisciplinary research proposals, and to outline new pathways for advancing the country’s science and technology development.
The Vice-Chancellery for Research and Technology at Shahid Beheshti University stated that holding such sessions represents an effective step toward fulfilling the University’s mission in knowledge production, improving its international standing, and responding to societal needs.
