In the latest QS Asia Rankings 2025, Shahid Beheshti University has achieved a notable rise, ranking 234th in Asia and 48th in South Asia.
Globally, the university has also made significant progress in the QS World Rankings, moving up 100 places to secure a position in the 851-900 range. Notably, a total of 984 universities from Asia, including 32 institutions from the Islamic Republic of Iran, are featured in the QS Asia 2025 rankings. The ranking methodology follows the framework of the QS World University Rankings but incorporates additional indicators and adjusted weighting. The QS Asia Rankings 2025 are based on 11 key indicators.
This achievement underscores Shahid Beheshti University’s growing prominence and recognition in both regional and global academic landscapes.
