On October 11, 2023, a colloquium titled “Application of the DICOM model for universities and higher education institutions” was held by Dr. Abasalt Khorasani at the University of Zurich.
Today, one of the challenges of universities and higher education institutions is human resources, which can be the driving force for the development of universities. Certainly, one of the ways to improve the human resources of universities is to focus on the organizational structure and challenges related to them. DICOM as a useful and advanced tool can lead to the reconstruction and improvement of the organizational structure of universities and higher education institutions so that they can realize job suitability, job balance and finally job productivity and organizational agility.
The colloquium “Application of the DICOM model for universities and higher education institutions” was held with the presence of domestic and foreign professors and students at the Institute of Education of the University of Zurich. In this colloquium, an effort was made to discuss and criticize the technical and operational aspects of this issue.
